No NOA2 yet! CSC and has been 60 days already

We didn't mean to sound like we're whining or anything or trying to be insensitive of other couples long waiting time. I also know that all of us will want nothing more than to be with our loved ones. We're just worried cuz my fiancé is going on deployment early next year... And we're looking for every possible ways to beat that. Hope you guys understand.

Well Then my friend, just wait and watch and be patient! Atleast be happy that you are not being processed by the TSC, My Fiance and myself are, we have no certainty as to when we will receive the NOA-2. I would say, wait a while, its only been 2 months, the USCIS website says current processing time is 5 months, our best wishes are with you, but when you whine about such things, other couple who have been waiting longer will get mad and only pass remarks both yourself and your fiance wont like. My advise, just wait and watch and be patient!

If he's going on deployment with the military, I think that's legitimate grounds for an Expedite Request. And an expedite would probably be granted in that case. You should check into that.

Also, I read on VisaJourney yesterday some people were saying CSC seems to have slowed down and they were speculating that TSC has been shedding some of its load off onto CSC. So hopefully California will slow down a bit, Texas will speed up and they'll be about even.

Ours went through TSC during its slowest time and it was maddening to see CSC filers get approved in less than 30 days.

Thank you for the enlightenment ? we will try the military expedite and we do hope it works. If it doesn't, you guys are right, no other choice but be patient about it. Goodluck to all of us.

The transfers to CSC from TSC were not speculation. They did transfer a large number but not all of April and May filers to CSC. Things are moving faster at TSC.... for how long is anyone's guess... As always... it's the old "how long is a piece of string?" question. I'm just hoping it will be fair and fast... good luck to all !!!

I think the original poster had only been looking at CSC processing times and in June/July files were being processed within about 30-40 days. When I sent my file in the end of July I had a lot of people telling me that my file would be approved in about a month and I saw many filers who only waited 4 months from NOA1 date to arrival of their fiance! That was very typical of CSC and K1 files but now things have slowed down but still things are moving much faster than TSC so I would imagine June/July filers will be approved by end of October. I understand TSC filers frustrations but dont attack people for asking a simple question.

I filed April of 2013, he entered the US August 31, 2014.

So to say the least, it can be a very long wait.
