Hahahaha OMG yes same here and mine was first week of March 2013 for those zipping by and complaining. I know we all want to be with our loved ones no matter how long it has been, as it should be. I think I'm just tire and tired and sick of this whole thing. I'm trying to be strong but it seems we just can't catch a break. :) Happy I'm not the only one I was feeling horrible. :D

You are not the only one who feels this way ! Ppl should be thankful for not waiting as long as we did .im also sick of some people who ask me did u get ur visa ? Oh why is it taking so long it used to take six months etc :/ ugh

I was filling form DS-260 but guys I need your help.

1) In previous Work/Training information, the company where I had worked as "Intern" (would be considered as employment as I was paid) got relocated and apparently their phone numbers have changed. So should I be giving new address and phone number or the one when I was there with them? (On G325A biographic Information, old address was mentioned as it had not relocated then)

2) Is it necessary to provide supervisor name or is it fine If I check do not know (I actually worked under two persons, so confused whose name should I give)

Please give your valuable suggestions.

I personally would put the old address, since that is the address where you actually worked, and it will match your G325A. As for supervisor, I would pick one, maybe the one that has the highest opinion of you, and put it in there. Checking "do not know" is technically lying :P so I would just choose one.

1) Although the old address is where you worked, I would put the new address of the company and the new phone number, so they can contact the company if necessary. Just my opinion.

2) It's fine if you don't know the Supervisor's name. Middle management people change all the time. The HR at the company will have your information, should they need to check.

Hello, Anybody know how long does the supervisor review takes?

I think it depends what they're reviewing. Most of the time, it takes just as long for a supervisor review as it would to just send in another copy of whatever they're missing. But for things like DS-261 when a supervisor gets involved, it's usually just a few days.

Has Anyone recently received checklist and know time its taking to review??

It looks like on average checklists are being reviewed maybe a few days ahead of normal packages, but not a huge difference. So approximately 40-60 days for review.

Are you doing EP? It seems as though EP has been a bit faster than snail mail cases lately.

Actually the email said Sept 4, but I got it only yesterday. So yes i did wait for the actual Checklist. I didn't call them up before. Since I am also doing EP, and the correction was so minimal (mistake by my lawyer) that it took all of 30 seconds to fix it and send it back. I did call up NVC to confirm if everything else (we sent in our IV paperwork ) at the same time. And "Fiona" said yes everything else is fine. They will take 60 calendar days to review it. my lawyer called up this morning and spoke to the supervisor and they said the same thing. Oh well.

I know of one case that were EP from Canada about a month or two ago who had a checklist reviewed in less than two weeks. This was before the whole "60 calendar days" stuff and had the 30 business days on it. They also had a very small mistake. But i am not holding my breath.:diablo: . LOLOLOL!!!

Paid still shows as Paid on CEAC. 53 days since our scan date. I'm getting so impatient but I hate calling them all the time.... :protest:

My AOS scan date is July 18, nothing yet........

July 15 scan date here for both packages sent together. We are on Day 55. CEAC still says PAID. I was calm a few weeks ago but now I'm totally obsessing as I see others with similar dates getting notification.
