How about us who sent our IV with the AOS sheet? I sent it to Attn:DR because that was the rep told me to. Will they scan it if it was sent in a wrong address? I got mine scanned.

Yes I did the same thing too. I sent mine before my IV invoice came along. I sent it to attn: DR as well with the AOS coversheet...but later when the fee was invoiced the address was CMR but the rep told me it doesn't matter. Either way they will have it in their system.

Interesting call. Kendall was definitely about to fall asleep. She asked me who she was speaking with... twice... didn't ask if I was the petitioner/beneficiary. I asked if my IV has been reviewed yet.... silence.... silence..... "We received it on July 18th"....... "Doesn't look like it's been reviewed yet." I said ok, thank you. She told me to have a good night.

No robotic 60 days answer.... I think I prefer this call over the others.... minus the hour+ hold time.

Oh well, next week then. :clock:

:oops: I hope Kendall wasn't covered up by sleep and failed to see the CC icon on your case file :whistle:

On hold for 30+ minutes.... but their staff is working hard to take my call now... When they return to the line, I will let them know how they may serve me... my patience is greatly appreciated.

Lol same here on hold for 50 minutes... They will be with me momentarily!!

Just got off the the phone with NVC talked to Don OMG what a sweet heart he is. Told me I have two more weeks to go and my scan date for my IV is July 24 Th.

So far this isn't going to be such a bad weekend after all.

Oh I didn't even receive my case number yet.. I was just going through the posts and I see many people with either case completions or scanned packages.. That just made me Happy :) :) :) :)
