Looks like NVC may be scanning in documents a bit quickly. Our IV checklist - the Singapore Police Clearance Certificate - was delivered on 28th and then scanned in on the 29th. A pleasant surprise - the only one I have had in almost 12 months!!!!

Let's see some CC NVC please.

We had got an RFE for G-325a after 11 months of filing. I asked on VJ and got conflicting answers for which pen to use; some said black pen was needed, some said black had to be avoided because it appeared to be a copy and not original signature. In the end, I sent in two forms, one signed in blue and one signed in black.

Way to go and they are both legal, immigration is so special aren't they!

You must bring the following items to the visa interview:

From the list above, I think they require FINANCIAL EVIDENCE. Because code {I} states that {This form is incomplete. You must present a completed form at your interview} maybe they require a new set of AOS form. They also require you to bring the 2x2 passport photographs, copies of your civil documents, your medical exam result, police certificate from your current country of residence. hi guys just an update... case complete on aug. 26.

received interview instructions email on sept.2

and will be having interview on oct. 2 in manila U.S. embassy.

does anybody what is next? do i just wait for the interview date?

or is there a way i can get my medical prior interview date so the the process will be faster?

Uh, the medical kinda needs to be done BEFORE the interview, unless you want to be put into pointless AP. And since you're from the Philippines, you were eligible to do an advance medical months ago when you got the letter from NVC stating your case numbers.

Besides the medical, prepare all the documents for the interview and, if needed in that country, sign up for courier information.

I suggest you read your interview letter as well as my wiki, as you should know what to do already...

Can the petitioner use I864ez(meeting requirements) even when using a joint sponsor?

Depends who you ask. For me, the second criteria makes it sound like only YOU can be the sponsor, with no joint sponsors. For others, they interpret it as they're only using their own earned/retirement income (instead of other kind of income).

Yup! For passport photos I stapled a snack sized Ziploc to a blank piece of paper, put the labeled photos inside the bag and sealed it, then wrote the details (beneficiary name and DOB, case number, item description) on the paper as well.
