Hi VJ friends. Just checking in to say hello! I hope this week the NVC gets through some more dates and gets everyone closer to the magical CC! :idea:

I got my CC email yesterday, almost exactly a week since case complete. Then I got it again today. ha ha. NVC and their crazy automated emails. I was so excited to get another email today thinking it was an interview date, but no such luck. I can't say that I will ever get tired of reading that I have a case complete so they can send it to me every day if they like. :rofl:

Well, I hope you are all hanging in there and I love coming back over to this thread to keep posted on everyone's progress! I will keep my eye out for msc13, AustinCanada, Soloenta, EOC4ever, Stackeria, dilemma, nicholemariev and I am sure i am forgetting many more! (sounds like I am accepting an academy award) :rofl:

You deserve a golden statue after what NVC put you through!

Thanks for checkin in and for your good wishes. It won't be long before NVC assigns your interview date.

I'm the USC petitioner. My wife is British (now a USC!!!), generally awesome, and amazingly patient.

You know you are losing your mind when you go to bed and dreamt that the CEAC portal paid for AOS and IV changed to N/A when your scan date is so far away! Then you start partying just to realize it was a DREAM! I need to call Dr. Phillips to find out when do I start my second job because I think NVC will cause me to loose my mind if I spend all day long just staring at this computer screen.

Hahahaaa too funny, you triggered my brain, I had a dream two nights ago when I could finally sleep that I was sitting at the computer and saw my CC while at the same time I was I think at the Embassy in Cairo and I was sitting at a desk working on the computer. Hahahaaaa see we have to take this as a good omen and I'm afraid Dr. Phil wont be able to help us since damage from USCIS/NVC/Embassy is permanent. t23126.gif We just have to deal with it. :D(F)

Does anyone know if NVC is working this morning, last night they had there phones off at 11pm and were not taking calls.

My AOS is from July 12 but still have not heard anything...,

Really - You think they got tired of our calls already so they decided to close early!!! I think if they work 4 weekends for real - I mean put and train all their phone staff to review files and put everyone to work for those particular weekends! They would save themselves the hiring cost that comes with recruitment and get some files out of the way! In addition starting Sep 12 - combine AOS and IV fees so the only receive one package which saves time for everyone and allow people to submit checklist electronically and have a certain amount of people just on checklist and give them a quota of performance per day or they are fired!!! IS IT REALLY THAT HARD?

I'm not sure but sometimes due to high volume of calls they stop receiving calls at that time. Try calling them now, since they just opened up an hour n half ago.

This is a great idea. I just don't have the coversheet because the fee hasn't come up for payment availability yet which is very frustrating because I have the package ready, and we want to pay the bill so I can start filling in the form! I have all the info including all 16 of my domiciles since I was 16 years of age, LOL I didn't think I'd lived at so many places... and all my job info.. my head is spinning but it's all ready to go.

We could always just email the cover sheet to the PIL when we are ready to post that, huh? I think you might be a genius..

You don't have to wait for the IV cover sheet. I sent mine with the AOS cover sheet. Even the NVC operators ask you to do that. You can call them to confirm, but the operator told me to uss the AOS cover sheet but use attn: DR.

I think that's what dilmera is suggesting, that to send both of them together.

Hi VJ friends. Just checking in to say hello! I hope this week the NVC gets through some more dates and gets everyone closer to the magical CC! :idea:

I got my CC email yesterday, almost exactly a week since case complete. Then I got it again today. ha ha. NVC and their crazy automated emails. I was so excited to get another email today thinking it was an interview date, but no such luck. I can't say that I will ever get tired of reading that I have a case complete so they can send it to me every day if they like. :rofl:

Well, I hope you are all hanging in there and I love coming back over to this thread to keep posted on everyone's progress! I will keep my eye out for msc13, AustinCanada, Soloenta, EOC4ever, Stackeria, dilemma, nicholemariev and I am sure i am forgetting many more! (sounds like I am accepting an academy award) :rofl:

Canadian and Australian cases were at the tail end of the last scheduling window. I'm sure today will bring you good news.
