Yup thank you so much, it's called FEAR, when you read what happens here and see the devastation it brings, you have to decide risk it or make sure they can't reject it. I also sent one document at a time scanned in an e-mail to the Embassy in Cairo two to three days apart asking them if that was the correct document they said yes to all of them so I sent a copy of the e-mail attached to each individual document that corresponded to it.

Just checking in for the September thread, this is my 5th NVC thread. I would love nothing more than a cc by the end of this month. A girl can dream, right?

My expedite was denied - but I am not hurt because I knew I really did not have a case but it was worth the try....Though Audra highly suggest that I return the Doctors note with it this time. I am just going to leave that alone. New plan - GET A JOB AT USCIS AND SPEED UP THE PROCESS. I am calling to really ask if they are hiring, I am on hold.

Since everyone else is saying what number they're at for NVC threads, I thought I'd chime in too. If I counted right, this is my 44th one... Although, that's starting from when my case actually got to NVC. I had been silently reading previous NVC threads before that

I paid IV fee on August 30th Saturday, in the payment portal it still says 'In Process'. Should I be worried why it hasn't been 'Paid' yet? I do have sufficient balance in my account. However, I used Google chrome browser to pay the fee, maybe that's what causing delay?

Keep in mind, it's only been one business day since you paid. Nothing gets done on weekends and holidays.

I sent my expedite request to <NVCExpedite@state.gov> with the subject

ATTN: SUPERVISOR - [casenumber] - Expedite Request - [beneficiary name]

Be sure to include all of this information in the body of the email:

Name of the person submitting the inquiry

NVC case number or USCIS receipt number

Petitioner's name

Principal Applicant's name and date of birth

Email and phone numbers for petitioner and beneficiary

I keep calling and i get voicemail that says tp call at a later time they are not taking calls??????
