NVC scanned in our IV package today!

Still no IV fee invoice. The lady (very nice) said expect it by the end of the week. I won't hold my breath. That puts our 60 days from IV package scanned to Nov 1 for estimated CC date. Oye. Please no checklists.

Must be in a black ink? Seriously?

Blue ink is not acceptable?

I signed in both hahahaa blue on the line then below that in black. Wasn't going to let them mess with me. They think we're trained Actually it's random sometimes they accept blue or black it just doesn't make sense or follow a pattern.

Can't you complete your package and send it to PILs, they can then include the form and send off the package from their end?

I definitely thought about this. But we are both huge control freaks and I would worry that something would get missed.

Will NVC care if the package is posted from within USA when they know we're living outside USA?

They always say that. They are also working 28 hours a day, skipping smoke breaks and sending all the files to a secret underground facility where genetically engineered squirrels can turn out 4000 files a day. And, if William Wallace were here he would destroy the English with lightning bolts from his #######!!!

Haha, let's hope it's true. There do seem to be a lot of fresh operators lately.

Yep, hopefully it indicates a trend, but you know how much speculation there is as to the habits of NVC.

I guess FarseF is a bad word ... VJ is a bit too heavily moderated for a site visited by adults ... but better than moderated to little I suppose. Ahhh well.

I must agree with you, no children here but sometimes on the sites not moderated much it does get a little nasty to be kind. Animal rescue forms hahahaaa can get really bad.

CORRESPONDENCE INSTRUCTIONS:_________________________________

When responding to the National Visa Center, please include the bar code sheet that came with this letter. Failure to include the bar code sheet may cause a delay in the processing of your case. The bar code sheet should be placed on top of all documents being submitted for this case and mailed to the address provided.

The National Visa Center received your DS-260 form. We are waiting for the traveling applicants supporting civil documents to be submitted to the NVC. Your online Immigrant Visa Application will be reviewed upon receipt of your supporting documentation.

I had read the job reviews a while ago and everyone had bad things to say about them; so I wouldn't recommend working for them.

July 14th is already 35 business days ago. It would be great to see some July 14-18th scan dates get reviewed today. Anyone here waiting on those dates?

You know I'm hanging on with you. I'm absolutely dying to see some progress for these dates.... NVC has been working on July 7th through 11th for going on 3 weeks now.
