just called the NVC and I got a stupid checklist :ranting: . my last scan date was Aug. 1. 60 day wait again here I come

Sorry to hear about your checklist. On the other hand, NVC is now on to August packages.

I'm the beneficiary, wife of USC.
12/30/2012: Got engaged.

3/4/2013: Priority date, NOA1.
11/6/2013: Case was transferred to Nebraska Service Center.

1/6/2014: 60 days of transfer are up, put in an e-request, given 30 days' time. Contacted the senator. Senator asked to wait till Feb 6 and if nothing then she will do something.
2/5/2014: Website status changed to RFE.
2/10/2014: Attorney gets RFE. They need G325A and photos of both me and husband, original marriage certificate, copy of marriage record and it's translation.

2/24/2014: RFE mailed.

3/6/2014: After 367 days, NOA2.

4/2/2014: Write to NSCFollowup to know about the status of the petition.
4/10/2014: Put in a ?service request with USCIS starting with OVP to locate case.
4/16/2014: Reply from NSCFollowup that the U.S. law prohibited that office from responding to anyone other than the petitioner and to have the petitioner contact them.

Do you know when your case was "received" /scanned in to their system? It's 60 calendar days from that scan/received date.

FOR THOSE WHO FILED/ARE FILING I-864EZ:

In Part 5, question 18 it asks: My individual annual income is currently _________

I know this is a silly question, but I'm afraid of getting a checklist. I am supposed to put my current income as of this year (2014) correct? Not my income from 2013 or what appears on the 2013 transcript right?

I know there is a separate section to place annual income for 2013, 2012, and 2011 but I'd rather ask than be sorry later :)

Thank you.

Actually it was scanned on sept 5. So probably Iwill hear from them in october. I will wait then. Cheers

60 days from 9/05/14 is November 4th. Hopefully though, you hear something sooner! Best of luck!

Yes I put my current annual salary for the year 2014, which matched the employment letter I received stating what my annual income was.

You do not use the 2013 tax return income.

Edit: my AOS didn't have a checklist for that, it was accepted but I forgot to put n/a in the blank fields which caused a checklist. So please make sure to mark n/a for blank fields.

Got a checklist for AOS :(

They said we did not fill in our part 13 a 1 correctly. It asks for 2013 gross income. We filled in the total income as on the transcript. We filed an I864 with a I864A.

I'm very sure we filled it correctly and I'm shocked at the checklist!

Please suggest what I should do!

Oh wow now I'm a bit worried as well.

We are using a joint sponsor and we will need a 864a because they filed jointly. It only makes sense to put total income in that box. Even the instructions says so :/

Please let us know what NVC says!

USCIS

January 8th 2014 - NOA1

July 10th 2014 - NOA2

NVC

July 17th 2014 - Case shipped to NVC

July 30th 2014 - Case received by NVC

August 13th 2014 - Case number and IIN received by email

August 13th 2014 - DS-261 Form Completed

August 14th 2014 - AOS Fees Invoiced and Paid

September 17th 2014 - IV Fees Invoiced and Paid

September 19th 2014 - DS260 Completed

October 6th 2014 - AOS and IV Packages Received

November 28th 2014 - AOS and IV Checklist (4 items in total. 3 for documents they lost. Called on December 9 and a rep said no checklist for IV....go figure)

December 8th 2014 - Checklist scan date.

December 30th 2014 - Case Compl........NOT. So after not having an interview date yet, I called again on Jan 30th and apparently its in final review with a supervisor.

February 6th 2015 - Case Complete: Supervisor called from NVC to confirm everything has been completed now.

March 27 2015 - Interview Date

March 27 2015 - Approved!

I received a checklist for a divorce decree, which I have submitted the original of. My husband ordered a certified copy and it just arrived and looks exactly the same as the original. We called NVC, but they won't put us on the phone with a supervisor, and just give us the regular 30 days and 60 days answers. Does this mean that they will never process our case? They don't want to accept an original document issued by a US judge with a judge's signature, and the county clerk's office can only provide a copy of the exact same thing! I don't even know what to do anymore. Any ideas?

Why US judge? If Aplicant was married in Ukraine, so Devorce Certificate must be from Registration Civil Acts Department, XXX City Registration Service Management Division of Justice. (Ministerstvo Usticii, Viddil derzhavnoi reestracii aktiv civil'nogo stanu).

12.23.2014 - e-mails from NVC about CC
12.30.2014 - P4 letters, interview scheduled for February 6
12.31.2014 - CEAC statuses changed to "In Transit"
