on 22 sep 2014, i got a 60 day waiting time letter, that means my scan day will be the same????

Your scan date is not going to change. They give you the receive date and scan date. NVC now works with a time frame of 60 days from the date they received your package.

I think its not the day when they sent the 60 days waiting letter, but the day they received your documents. its stated in the letter though.

Just lookin at your timeline, feel like i have to wait that long :cry:

I have gotten one checklist for AOS. My DS260 and IV were approved on 3rd september. And now Im waiting for that doomed checklist to be reviewed. They really moved so slow in my case. I am already at 53 days of waiting. Baaah :(

My husband forgot to check the box with the miltary question and we forgot to send his letter of employment.

That is what I believe we are suppose to do. I will be filing electronically and as one packet.

Bos I had to clearify something. My husband told me that his tax transcript says that he is living with the family and paying mortgage together. But there is no depenendent on his taxes. So if he is sponsoring me only then his total household will still be '2' correct?

How do you know the countdown starts again????

I had a date reset after resubmitting DS 261 about 30 days after I submitted it initially, because I had not received the IV fee by then. That reset the date to another 60 day countdown. Few others on VJ have done the same, so we are trying to help newcomers and urge them not to resubmit DS 261. Lesson learned on my end. I am sharing this so you have a chance to learn from the mistakes of others and not your own. ;)

I-130 Sent: 08/28/2013

I-130 NOA1: 08/29/2013

Xfer to CSC: 01/26/2014

NOA2: 03/27/2014

NVC received: 04/07/2014

DS-261/AOS Bill received: 05/12/2014

I am also 8/8 and i havnt received any emails. calling now just to ck for any updates.
