I keep getting that same message too that my case has been terminated! But I remembered that it was a good thing according to Saylin's WiKi so that calmed me down lol

Yes, I received the email that DS-261 was completed with the confirmation page attached (I also printed the confirmation and entire DS-261 just in case). That's why I was confused about her statement.

I has that msg right through this morning. And when I checked back in later my fee was ready to pay... Keep checking (...well not every 10 min... you will go insane)

Trust, but verify!

we have the same scan date, but my is for check list of aos scanned on august 27th. Hopefully we get our case complete soon.

Just received an email stating the new 60 day timeframe....my last scan date is 15 Aug...why would they send me this email now??? Strange....

same here

scan date august 11 and got the same mail today

Just thinking about it , maybe we got the 60 day mail because we are touching the 30 business days .

(Last month they told us that it would take 30 business days to review our documents )

not that i received an email about that tho....

Case received 9/17/14; Case # & IIN assigned on 9-17-14

DS-261 submitted on 9/18/14

I called NVC today and they said that DS-261 has not even been generated for my case, so the submission does not appear on their system. I asked why would it be available on the website if it hadn't been generated yet and Lisa said that DS-261 is available as long as you have a case # but that since they had not asked for it yet, not sure if this will be accepted or if I need to resubmit in the future. She told me I was way ahead of them since they barely input my case into their system on the 17th (last Wednesday) and have not asked for anything and have not sent me an email confirming I'm at NVC.

Has this happened to anyone before where DS-261 was submitted before they asked for it? Did they accept yours or did you have to resubmit?

(I never received any email from NVC acknowledging receipt of case).

Also, she said it's taking 30 business days for review/process of DS-261. Thanks!!

I has that msg right through this morning. And when I checked back in later my fee was ready to pay... Keep checking (...well not every 10 min... you will go insane)

Just received the welcome letter from NVC with check list and barcodes included. Hopefully I can pay tonight or latest tomorrow!

PRobably talking about the AOS/IV Barcode sheet you get access to after paying the fees. This should be included when sending your AOS/Supporting documents.

My case complete email arrived at 1:36 am today. That was a nice thing to wake up to! It is dated today, and lists my priority date last November when Uscis got my first package. AOS fees still not showing n/a, maybe that's not as reliable as it used to be?

Hi Just want to ask. Am i reading your timeline correctly? You sent your IV package ahead of you being billed for IV and paying for it?

Thanks.
