My case complete email arrived at 1:36 am today. That was a nice thing to wake up to! It is dated today, and lists my priority date last November when Uscis got my first package. AOS fees still not showing n/a, maybe that's not as reliable as it used to be?

looking at your time line your Iv package was receive 8/7, is that your last scan date? I send both my aos and iv on 8/7 and my scan date is 8/8. I'm praying for good news this week..

Many September scan date folks are getting those emails but I didn't see any with August scan dates getting those. Maybe the next few days will tell whether all August scan buddies get that email.

For those of you in the preliminary NVC process, I am a little confused (not an unusual state of mind when trying to keep up with NVC)....

With this 'new' system in place are we suppose to wait until the IV fee is invoiced until we submit any paperwork at all?

I was able to pay my AOS fee today btw....

I'm no expert but from what I read on NVC's website, YES we must wait until IV fee is Paid and shows as paid to send all of the documents in one package or else we might have issues with our case (and we definitely don't need that).

I submitted DS-261 on 9/18 and my AOS fee is still not available :( Hopefully it's available this week. Do you happen to know how long after DS-261 is submitted we have to wait for IV Fee? I'm confused b/c a friend said 60 calendar days, someone else said 30 business days, and online in NVC's website it says 15 days to move on to next step. I assume IV fee is next step. Any idea?

 God's timing is always perfect. . . :star:"Blessed is she who has believed that the Lord would fulfill his promises to her!" (Luke 1:45) ^_^

We've got all of the paperwork ready to add (keep going through it everyday to make sure we have everything!) -- But when I called today they are suggesting that our PCC from India that we received before leaving in 2007 isn't going to qualify since they are usually only accepted for 1 year - which means a drive to 1 hour drive to the Indian Embassy to quickly replace it with the PCC from the embassy here in Switzerland.

Will keep you updated as well! Lots of luck!

For AOS I have everything already. For IV docs, I am missing my husband's birth certificate (and translation) but we are getting that next week. Mexico doesn't provide police certificates so NVC never requests it. I will need a letter though from Mexico stating that he has no criminal record once we have an interview (consulate does require this) and since it expires in a month, I cannot get it now. Lots of luck to all of us :)
