Please write n/a, I left it blank and got a checklist...in which, they asked me to put n/a there.

Writing the address again is also fine, we did this and it was accepted.

Ok - looks like i'm going to be re-submitting my AOS package again. People are pretty convinced that we'll get a checklist for leaving part 3 #9 on I-864EZ blank.

Should I put 'N/A' for every line or just re-write the mailing address again?

Also found another mistake! Mistake #4! Put down the adjusted gross income instead of total income even though we filed a 1040. I am such a doofus. But thanks for all the help!

I know sometimes we are frustrating as this process is frustrating, but I would really suggest that we all try to stay clear of the profanity on this page which is in other words showing that we are not there only for each other but respect each other. That is why when ever I need CORRECT information, I ask to go straight to a supervisor (Except for the one name Michael). This morning I called, some little brat name Sarah told me all confidently grinning your IV Package IS BEING REVIEWED, I asked her what does that mean? She asked me what do you think it means? Keep in mind my AOS was sent on July 25 and IV was sent Aug 11, they have not even touch AOS yet. I also asked her about the Police Certificate for Haiti and she said, they are going to review your package. I said in my head "stupid" do they need the certificate or nor from me because I did not send it. She still did not respond my question - so I asked for a supervisor - Guess who I spoke with, the wonderful Betsy! And she said - no you don't need it and also no your package is not being reviewed - it is waiting its turn in line.

I've been here for a while now and I don't remember you at all but we are all stressed out and everyone deals with it in their own way. Profanity really if we posted profane things we would be banned so not sure what your talking about. The bottom line is instead of complaining about posts and if your so sensitive then put us on ignore. I've done the same with a couple of nasty people that just cause problems and guess what? It works and now I'm not so stressed out. Not trying to be nasty just find your post a bit rude to even state this when you have rarely posted thus been supportive of any of us.

Hi All,

Just an FYI in case anyone is interested in working on this with me, I filed an FOIA request with State for NVC records, inspired by waiting_______'s request for similar records from USCIS. Here is the text of the request:

I am requesting any and all records relating to the current massive delay in processing US citizen immediate family immigrant visas at the National Visa Center. Types of records may include emails, internal memoranda, communication with other government agencies including USCIS, communication from Congressional Representatives' staff, inquiries from House and Senate oversight committees, and letters from US citizen petitioners. Records may go as far back as September 2012 when DACA petitions began at USCIS: what communication happened between USCIS and NVC? Did USCIS warn NVC about the massive increase and backlog in processing of petitions? Records around May-August of 2014 are of particular interest: as USCIS was clearing up its backlog of DACA-delayed I-130 and I-129 petitions, did they warn NVC? What did NVC do to prepare for the additional burden of petitions? What did NVC do to plan ahead for the rush of petitions coming from USCIS? What did NVC management decide to do and to whom did they decide to communicate or not their decisions? What did they decide to communicate or not to Congress and US citizens who made inquiries into the delays? What if any were management's reactions to the New York Times article in February 2014 regarding the delays? Did anyone at NVC see the trainwreck coming?

I also have the information I need to do a follow up request to USCIS around their plans and capacity to handle DACA renewals, which should be starting to flow to USCIS now.

My case was transferred to NVC in April; got case number May 12th and I have been stuck there ever since. Last scan date 08/12. Let’s hope September is a better month…..
