Hi everyone,

Our AOS was accepted today. The scan date was 07/25/2014. We're now just waiting for the IV package to be processed. Scan date for IV/DS-260 is 09/02.

Congratulations on getting your AOS accepted. Now just waiting for your IV. My scan date for IV checklist is 29th Aug and waiting for a Case Complete. Might bump into each other at the interview!

I have a question for fellow NVC fillers, I have read over and over to submit the AOS package and then wait for the IV fee to be available pay and and then send the IV package.

Browsing on the State website and I saw the below, my question is do I submit the IV documents together with AOS or individually?

After you collect your Affidavit of Support form(s) and financial evidence in Step 4, and supporting documents in Step 5, you must submit all of the documents in ONE package to the NVC. Your case may be significantly delayed if you fail to submit all of your documents in one package.

No, Ecuador it's not eligible for EP, I sent everything through mail.

Did you confirm you got cc? I guess they started reviewing the packets together. Or maybe because it's both checklist so they got to review it at the same time and addressed to ATTN:DR. Edited September 19, 2014 by Lyndon

Come on NVC. You have slowed down a bit this week. Does anybody here have a 30th July scan date? I know we have a 31st July amongst us and then onto August. Shame I have to wait until right at the end August. Still never mind.

When are they going to work on august? I have a checklist scanned 1st august for AOS. My DS260 and IV were approved on 4th sept. This wait is killing me. Grrr!!! They are moving so slow

I just got off the phone with a Supervisor review. She was very helpful and took great care of me. I am very happy this morning CASE COMPLETE! It is not showing NA on the payment page yet, and I dont have the email yet, but she cleared the checklist after reviewing the Police Record. She had to modify the checklist in the system and marked it complete while I was on the phone with her. She said they will try to schedule my wife's interview for November (haven't started scheduling yet for Bogota).
