Paid the last fee 9/7. Mailed IV packet once I printed the IV fee paid coversheet.Had all my info ready to go. Hubby mailed his PCC to me back in July. Received a checklist for the AOS. I corrected it. Mailed out another one the day. I included that I was sponsoring 2 immigrants instead of one. Now I can sit back and wait on CC.

That's one of the good things about having an attorney you get both AOS and IV bill together. Pay it as soon as you can print the cover sheet for both packages and send them in. I have an attorney and that's what we did, still waiting for a cc from NVC scan date is 8/8

Looks like we are scan buddies. I too had an attorney.

Are you sure?? Some desi just told me that they got a checklist for sending both!! What should I do?? I am sooo confused.

Indian Police Clearance Certificates should be obtained as follows:
• All Indian IV applicants aged 16 and above, residing in India, should obtain police
certificates from the local Passport Office.
• Indian passport holders applying for visas outside India should obtain a statement from their
local embassy or consulate confirming they have no criminal record.
• Non-Indian IV applicants residing in India should obtain police certificates from the District

NVC is scanning packages in a day now. When you call, ask them if they received your documents. The receive date they tell you will be your scan date.
