TO EVERYONE WHO HAS FILLED OUT FORM I-864EZ: I am prepping my first draft of AOS & would like some input please.

PART 2:

Immigrant's middle name: My husband does not have a middle name. Put N/A, None or leave blank?

Immigrant's mailing address: Can I put my address in the U.S. or do I have to put his address in Mexico? He is currently living in Mexico but moved recently. His last address on the G325A (which

was submitted to USCIS) will be different from the one in this form.

PART3:

Q14/Sponsor's citizenship: I am a USC so I will check off that box. Should I put N/A where it says Legal Permanent Resident and asks for Alien # or leave blank?

PART4:

Sponsor's household size: Since it's only us 2, everything else will be zero. Should I write in zero or leave blank?

PART 5:

Q17/Sponsor's work: I will put my title and company name BUT where it says second employer, should I put N/A or leave blank?

Overall, since I have seen so many people get checklists with this form, I am trying to avoid one and am not sure if I should leave things blank on this form or put N/A? If you know, please advise! Thank you very much :)

I has filled out i184ez

Part 2: I don't have this issue, so I can't answer. However, if it is me, I would put N/A in the middle name to avoid the reviewer think you incorrectly miss it. However, you may run into some idiot reviewers think your husband middle name is 'N/A'. For the mailing address, I think it is the best to use his current address.

Part 3: I checked off the USC and left the Alien# blank. I don't receive any checklist on AOS. However, I think it won't hurt if you put N/A in Alien#

Part 4: you should definitely put 0 in whenever the counting is zero. Don't ever leave them blank. I know someone got checklist because they left the box blank.

Part 5: I left the second employer blank. Again, I think it won't hurt if you put N/A in it.

Honestly, it may be the luck of the straw to get knowledgeable reviewer or a dumb one. I may be lucky having a knowledgeable reviewer so I got case-complete without any checklist.

TO ALL MEXICO FILERS:

I called NVC today and to my surprise, Ciudad Juarez consulate is no longer doing Electronic Processing. Jim from NVC stated that Juarez tried doing EP but it didn't work out and 6 months ago they went back to normal mailing in AOS/IV packages.

Just fyi in case anyone was wondering.
