We got two mails was addressed to the petitioner which was;

In Part 1. Basis for Filing Affidavit of Support, please correct the following... [x]

In Part 2. Information on the Principal Immigrant, please correct the following... [x]

In Part 3, Information on the Immigrant(s) You are sponsoring, please correct the following... [x]

In Part 4. Information on the Sponsor, please correct the following...

[x] Item 12. As the petitioner sponsoring your spouse or child, you must indicate whether or not you are currently on

In Part 5. Sponsor's Household Size, please correct the following... [x]

In Part 6. Sponsor's Income and Employment, please correct the following... [x]

In Part 8, Sponsor's Contract, please correct the following... [x]

The Form I-864 we received was missing the following page(s). Please ensure you include all nine pages when you resubmit the form.

[x]

You must submit the following financial evidence: [x]

NVC Special Instructions

The mail addressed to the applicant read as follows;

^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

______CORRESPONDENCE INSTRUCTIONS:_________________________________

When responding to the National Visa Center, please include the bar code sheet that came with this letter. Failure to include the bar code sheet may cause a delay in the processing of your case. The bar code sheet should be placed on top of all documents being submitted for this case and mailed to the address provided.

______1 - IMMIGRANT VISA APPLICATION PART 1:_______________________

The National Visa Center received your DS-260 form. We are waiting for the traveling applicants supporting civil documents to be submitted to the NVC. Your online Immigrant Visa Application will be reviewed upon receipt of your supporting documentation.

To view which documents the applicant must submit to the NVC, please go to our website http://nvc.state.gov

In AOS checklist, NVC lists all parts of the i-864. You only need to pay attention to parts with detail sub-items.

Therefore, on your checklist, part 1-3 and part 5-8 are fine. The line 'The Form I-864 we received was missing the following page(s)...' follows with only checkmark no specification on any page, it means you don't miss any page.

on your checklist, only part 4 item 12 is real. you didn't put the checkmark in part 4 item 12 to indicate whether you are on active duty in the US armed services.

The bottom is the false checklist on your documents IV application.

Here I am since my name is being mentioned a lot on this matter.

I have never heard of no interviews scheduled in December. This 2nd round anomaly is just that. Not all embassies do it. It's something that has started about June this year.

The rule of thumb I have seen is to get in the queue for the next months round of interviews one needs to have case complete by the 15th.

Some embassies have rolling scheduling as in

Karenberna who just got case compete on 9/10 and interview date same day. One never knows.

All you can do is wait and hope for the best.

Thanks dswheels! That's good to hear. Gives me hope for dec interview :)

I m sorry but it looks like u got the checklist for the same stupid question that we did. U forgot to mark 'no' in military question in part 4 qs 12. Everything else was fine. Send the correction back ASAP.

Thank you for your response.

Do we fill the whole form out or just the part 4 qs12?

The mail that was sent to the applicant, will that be a review response for the IV documents submitted? It's the second part of my post.

you have to fill the whole form out again with the corrected information mentioned in the checklist.
