On my second, and last, flight to Orlando :D After today, I won't have time to go on VisaJourney as I'll be at the parks for 12+ hours each day, so I won't be reading (and thus replying) to any posts here until next Sunday. And if you PM me, it'll be at least 2 weeks before I reply to you. So, don't PM me :P (I've already mentioned this in the first post, but people still PM me <_< ).

That really is strange. You probably need to speak to a supervisor and get this clarified.... Who knows your AOS package could be perfect and still a checklist could have been generated by mistake..... Else why would the checklist not specifically state what's required?

I surely would call and clarify with a supervisor!!!

Thanks! I waved while I was in the Minneapolis airport. Did ya see me?

And oh my, that would be so useful! I definitely need an out of "office" message for PMs :jest:

And yes, I'm going to try as hard as possible to stick to my $100 HP budget. Maybe, if I don't spend my budget on souvenirs for the other parks, I'll add it to my HP budget

Oh #######, I feel silly now, mixed up the B ladies

Free wifi is nice though! I got this Chromebook last February (right before my flight to Canada) and it came with 12 free passes of GoGo In-flight Wi-Fi, up to one year. So, thought I should use it as I just used my third pass

Dear Sir/Madam:

The National Visa Center (NVC) received your inquiry regarding the

immigrant visa petition: ATH********* filed by ********

***** on behalf of ***********. The NVC completed its

processing of this visa petition, and forwarded it to the U.S. Embassy

or Consulate in ATHENS GREECE.

The U.S. Embassy or Consulate General accepted this case for expeditious

processing, and the case was sent to the assigned U.S. Embassy or

Consulate General in ATHENS, GREECE.

As this petition is no longer located at the NVC you must resubmit your

inquiry or request, and all future correspondence to the U.S. Embassy or

Consulate General where the beneficiary's interview will take place.

Also, please be sure to notify the Embassy or Consulate General of any

change of postal mail or e-mail address, or any change in personal

circumstances that may affect the applicant's eligibility for a visa.

Sept 2nd i filed an expedite request for my wife and yesterday i got the above email. I just logged in to thee ceac site and saw that the case is in transit. I also logged in to daughters case and was stunned to see that my daughters case is also in transit to Athens. How can that be when i only made the expedite for my wife ?

I lost my sleep last night because the NVC operator tolled me the packets that are not reviewed will be sent back to me (sender) when the time comes to be reviewed. Dont they send the whole packet to the Embassy ? I am so confused. If that is the case then what kind of expedite is that
