My I-130 was approved out of CSC and if I type in my case number in the USCIS web site, it still says Post-Decision Activity (my husband got his visa last month).

It takes a couple weeks for the packages to make it from California to New Hampshire, but I do think NSC is the only one that updates with a 'shipped to NVC' update.

Congrats on the receiving your visa... I just LOVE the video in your sig!!! :rofl:

Just paid IV fee. It took approximately 21 hours to be available after I recieved the email.

Congrats! FYI, I just found out that Italian Police Certificates (the two we need) are only valid for 6 months. Just wanted to let you know so you don't go to the interview and possibly have expired Police Certificates. Seems to be one of the biggest issues on interview day with people not knowing that they are only valid for 6 months and also need two different ones.

since I sent my email with corrections on my checklist and they still cant see it in their system. No scan date yet?? I was thinking of giving it a couple more days. What do you guys think?

Well guys just an update this is the 4th day since I sent my email with corrections on my checklist and they still cant see it in their system. No scan date yet?? I was thinking of giving it a couple more days. What do you guys think?

You should be good then given you just paid the IV fee today. Your case seems to be moving along really well. We have to go get new ones on Monday because ours expires October 1st and 2nd and don't have CC yet so they will for sure be expired before the interview...

When was your last scan date? You should be very close to Case Complete.

July 28th. From my understand they are working on July 23rd scans today so hopefully the middle of next week we will hear something if they continue on this pace.

Good luck for sure. I think they are speeding up right now. Hope your interview goes well. I am still hoping to be able to go to Naples with my wife at the end of November. I know its a slim chance but still holding out hope.

I hope by the end of next week NVC starts working on August packages. I miss the days when people used to be in and out of NVC in less than a month. Stay positive and remember this will not last forever. Good luck everyone and may god keep the checklists away from all of us :)
