Yes I am checking daily. And it's stuck at post decision activity. Do they change the status after 'Post Decision Activity."

Post Decision Activity

On August 25, 2014, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN. Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

For approved applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include USCIS sending notification of the approved application/petition to the National Visa Center or the Department of State. For denied applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include the processing of an appeal and/or motions to reopen or reconsider and revocations.

That's the date they supposedly shipped it to the NVC but again I think it's bulk shipments and bulk receiving from both ends which causes the delay in receiving the packages.

I was approved the same day as you. My case was shipped from NSC on 9/9/14. Now, I'm waiting a few days before I start to call to see if it has been received.

That's great. How did you get to know the shipping date? i have not called either. I will start calling them from next week.

Just paid IV fee. It took approximately 21 hours to be available after I recieved the email.

Yes mine too reads exactly same. So, there's no way to know the real shipping date. A fellow vjer posted that an email from uscis with the shipping date was sent. I think that was NSC. Don't know whether CSC does that.

I recieved this and then a couple of days later it changed to say that it had been shipped to Department of State.

Well guys just an update this is the 4th day since I sent my email with corrections on my checklist and they still cant see it in their system. No scan date yet?? I was thinking of giving it a couple more days. What do you guys think?

My I-130 was approved out of CSC and if I type in my case number in the USCIS web site, it still says Post-Decision Activity (my husband got his visa last month).

It takes a couple weeks for the packages to make it from California to New Hampshire, but I do think NSC is the only one that updates with a 'shipped to NVC' update.
