Thanks for sharing! I just got off the phone with Joy. She said she would have a supervisor review it, and that it should be invoiced within the week. I'll plan to call back this time next week if nothing has happened.

Thats great! Thats what the operator said to me as well, within the week, and look its here! I hope it gets sorted out for you! I'm sure it will be fine. :)

I was also told that last Thursday by Jim, that it should have been done and that he can add it to a spreadsheet that gets reviewed by supervisors. I heard him typing while he said it. Jim was really helpful and nice. I imagine all of the cubicles filled with people typing on fake keyboards, haha. Nothing yet, but if I check the fee page 47 more times today, that should help.

I am the USC Petitioner. My wonderful wife Laura is from Scotland.

Question how do you know that they are working on 18th of july.... my iv packet was scanned on july 23... they also sent me a check list for my aos and they just scanned on august 22 are they really taking 60 days to approved the check list?

LOL @ Soloenta

I always laugh at your smiley faces

BTW. I am getting the blood rush and adrenaline and impatience of approaching my scan date

are you getting the same feeling

They are working on the 18th of July

Next is 21st and 22nd; our scanned dates (19th and 20th are weekend)

OH boy!

I hope they don't give me a second checklist

That would kill me

checklist scanned on 23 july anyone else from 23 july or later approved

There are always a few outliers, but it seems they should be working on July 17th to July 21st today... (This is based on the fact that I am 17th and my AOS was approved yesterday, NicholeMariev is the 18th and her CC was yesterday, and I threw in 21st, because thats the next business day, so should see a bit of action today?)

Of course all is conjecture... I am hoping they get to the 22nd this week :) Don't worry, your wait is almost over!!!

Hello

Any other people who have just sent the original employment letter and not the paystubs with AOS and not got checklisted....

I can't answer your question, because I sent both. However, while pay stubs are probably a good idea; they are NOT required. So I wouldn't worry about it :)
