yea i noticed that on their website as well. It now says send both packages together to "Attention: DR"

guess thats how they are doing it now, still havent sent my AOS so ill send both (AOS and IV) to attention DR instead of CMR

Well, I told the NVC rep that we already sent our AOS. She even confirmed it was received on Aug 15. And then told me to change it to ATTN:DR.

Hi everyone I'm also at the last stage of NVC waiting for my case to get completed... Does anybody by any chance know how long is the consulate in Guatemala taking to give interviews?

Haven't experienced it myself but from what I have seen from others, people usually get a checklist for missing translation, poorly translated documents, not original/certified civil documents or simply a document may be missing. Sometimes the document may be sent but NVC may say they have not received it. Someone also got a checklist because their certificate was too plain-looking.

I am worried now. I have sent IV package to Attn CMR (after paying IV fee) and it has been delivered to NVC yesterday (confirmed by fedex) but it has not been scanned into their system yet. I hope they don't misplace my documents!!

Actually, I'm still confused and worried. Huhu. We just paid our IV. So we still have to wait for it to show as PAID...I think they will route your docs to the correct department. Kindly update us reg your docs. Maybe it's a good idea to call them soon. Thanks!

This is for everyone who are worrying about DR and CMR confusion. I just asked representative now. She told me, don't worry, You can send it to either CMR or DR, we will send it to correct department after sorting. And yes people who are in the middle of NVC process, already mailed their AOS package separately, the changes made recently in NVC process are not going to affect them. (including me)

Anyone else still waiting from those dates? I'm seeing lots of IV fees being invoiced from later dates

Was planning to call next week at the 60 day mark...

NVC is all over the place. This person told me 60 days for the DS 261 to be reviewed. That's fine, I asked him should I follow the new or the old process, he said new process and I should wait to send my AOS and IV package together

So I told him if I should follow the new process then shouldn't the fees be available in 15 days? He said no for the fees the timing can slightly fluctuate due to work load. Slightly...

But he insisted I send both packages together and wait for the other fees first.

Yesterday someone at NVC told me to send them together but not wait for the fees.

NVC is such a circus.

Thanks for the kind words of support. I'm so appreciative of the VJ forum and community. It's easier knowing we are all in this together and that there are others who understand the stress of this process. Most of the people we know don't really understand.

I will certainly keep everyone posted on the checklist turn around time. I was so upset I was planning on submitting the corrected AOS myself, but I've decided to let the lawyer clean up his own mess (with my close review of course). If I think things moved any quicker by letting the attorney answer the checklist I will be sure to post that.

I am so sorry. I immediately felt so sad for you. Please know we all are feeling your pain. Praying for a fast review of checklist.

Sent AOS in August. I'm just about to send IV. So I should send it to CMR then?

Ok - looks like i'm going to be re-submitting my AOS package again. People are pretty convinced that we'll get a checklist for leaving part 3 #9 on I-864EZ blank.

Should I put 'N/A' for every line or just re-write the mailing address again?

Also found another mistake! Mistake #4! Put down the adjusted gross income instead of total income even though we filed a 1040. I am such a doofus. But thanks for all the help!

We just got our IV invoiced on the 4th, they unlocked the fee and sent us confirmation email just today.

Our AOS fee was paid just before you on July 18th. It's either being invoiced this week, or you need to call them. If you call they should tell you its going to be invoiced within the week, I called on Monday (Today is Wednesday) and thats what they told me. Here it is.... Good luck!

I had a similar issue and I sent in the whole package again.
