My NOA1 is Aug 8th and still waiting. :(

Hey the rest of us CSC yet to be approved August filers,

I got my NOA 1 hardcopy on August 19th but the original notice date in the letter was August 14th. Still waiting impatiently for NOA 2 and getting depressed as well. :cry::cry:

We're August filers at CSC, we got our NOA1 on Aug 25.

Now patiently impatiently waiting for NOA2. :clock:

It's hard not to take it personally. This approval thing is like a lottery. Applicants with fiance(e)s in certain countries get a fast track. Some others are lucky and seem to slip through earlier. Th

I am frustrated just as everyone else is. It sad that I am more angry at those people who are getting fast approvals rather then happy but it is just not fair especially when they rub it in our faces

Thank you Tom! Will do anything to kill some time since all this waiting has been making me crazy for the last 68 days (and still waiting). :(

Thanks for making the list of August filers with approvals since Oct 1 . It really is interesting to see who gets approved and how long they have been waiting. I was pleased to see that at least one Mexico approval came through. I have hope!

Here's to waking up for another day of waiting. Tomorrow is day 60 on our scan date. Just like most of us patience is not my strong suit; still it can't be changed. TSC seems to be running on Fumes. ?? one day at a time ... Right guys?

Just got a notification for an RFE. It's the first status update on our case since we filed our application.

My NOA1 is Aug 8th and still waiting. :(

I was surprised to check my case status on-line with USCIS and found that they mailed the approval letter for my 129-F petition to me yesterday! Hang in there everyone, they are moving things along at the California Service Center! Thanks again to all who keep this forum alive. It has always been cool to check on how others are doing. Yes, I know there is a lot more steps to complete but at least the first hurdle is over! very happy and grateful for this web site.

08/14/14 Mailed I-129F

08/25/14 Email notification of NOA1 received; check cashed.

08/29/14 Received hard-copy NOA1 with notice date of August 22

10/15/14 Checked my case status on-line and was told that my approval was mailed out on Oct 15!

11/03/14 NVC received my case from USCIS (unsure of this date)

11/07/14 NVC assigned a case #, an invoice # and Beneficiary ID (unsure of exact date)

11/10/14 Package was sent to Ciudad Juarez, Mexico consulate (this date is known)

11/25/14 Received Package 3 (a letter) from Consulate dated Nov 19, 2014.

01/29/15 Interview in Ciudad Juarez - approved!!!

02/26/15 Entry into the US in San Ysidro by land

03/16/15 Marriage in San Diego

03/27/15 Filed applications for Adjustment of Status with Chicago lockbox

04/06/15 Received electronic notification that case was received

04/17/15 Received notification of biometrics apptmnt on May 1, 2015.

05/01/15 Biometrics taken

06/20/15 Received Authorization to Work / Advance Parole card

06/28/15 Status updated "Case is Ready to be Scheduled for an Interview"

09/22/15 Interview in Chula Vista, CA and received verbal approval.

06/27/17 I-751 package sent

07/05/17 NOA-1 received

08/25/18 Received Courtesy copy of 18 month extension letter

10/16/18 Notified that green card is being produced.

At least it is being reviewed, you may go over everything in the packet you sent in and discover what they need before you even get the official letter. I hope it something minor as well, best to ya's

Thanks Hopeful 4 XMas, my thought exactly, I'm relieved they're working on it! I have some suspicions as to what we may have missed. Now waiting for the mail.
