Hi. So my type of visa is DCF CR-1. Actually my visa interview will be on September 10, 2014 and our baby September 4, for his CRBA and passport. My question is, does he need to apply for a visa once he is granted a passport? I understand I have to also include his name on the I-864 form coz he is traveling with us to the US, would that also mean I have to bring him with me to my visa interview? Pls enlighten me with ur answers thank u so much

No, once he has his US passport, no visa needed.

No you don't- I probably wouldn't, because it can be hot in there and you don;t want a screaming baby stressing you. He CAN come though, if you have no babysitter or are nursing.

Thank u for the prompt reply. Really appreciate it. Another question, I should include his name on the I-864 form right? Under "Family Members"? Coz technically he is traveling and entering the us together with us.
