Thank u for the advice. I hsd contacted the congress office and they told to sign a privacy form. Wat can he do in this process coz he promised to help me.

The form allows them to contact USCIS on your behalf. They will check the case status to make sure the case is within a normal processing timeframe.

You are very much within a normal timeframe and in all honesty I would wait until you've been in that stage for six months with no status change before involving them or calling USCIS.

Why do you think your case is delayed or slower than normal?
