He could be very well sentencing people to death. Maybe there has been someone who has died and we just don't know about it. Everybody does not have a good enough immune system to fight off diseases.

Attack? No. This only applies to innocent young men trying to defend themselves against security guards and police officers trying to rape them and then the security guards and policemen claim self defense once they can't get it in and kill the "young thugs."
