I believe that your FTJ K2 will have to file their own ROC petition. Refer to the first paragraph of the Form I-751 instructions for details: http://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/files/files/form/i-751instr.pdf Their ROC filing window will open 90 days before the expiration of their 2-year conditional GC. Use the calculator in my signature to determine the date that ROC filing window opens.

Good luck on your immigration journey.

The information below is from the USCIS website and it is in regard to removing conditions. I think you will have to file an application to remove conditions from conditional GC holding K2 to GC first. If K2 is still under 18 after you become a citizen, then I believe that he/she becomes an automatic citizen based on his/her age and your citizenship status.

Your Child’s Conditional Green Card

If your child received conditional resident status within 90 days of when you did, then your child may be included in your application to remove the conditions on permanent residence. Your child must file a separate I-751 application if your child received conditional resident status more than 90 days after you did.
