BUT MY QUESTION IS ? ANYONE HERE BEEN THRU THAT FROM DOMINICAN REPUBLIC? Can give any information like when uscis received the case the petition have been reaffirm or not ? How long they take to respond with the reaffirm or revocation?how long it take till the consulate receive and place the interview date?

I am sorry to hear about your visa being denied. If I were you, I will ask an immigration lawyer all of those questions. You can find the ones that will give you free advise or charge you VERY LITTLE to answer them. I think that by this point, you might want to consul a professional. Good luck and I hope that everything works out.

 No need to ask an attorney. Go to site IM2US.net. There are very knowledgeable people on that site that deal will denials under Sec 221. I would ask the question there first, before consulting an attorney.
