I have another question please, while our case file shows "in transit" status, is the message there "nvc provided you an interview schedule" a generic message? Means, i still have to call and schedule for an interview?

Yes its a generic message. You are applying for a K-1 visa and so you need to schedule your interview still.

Yes that is a generic message, you need to schedule your own interview, easiest to do it online.

Follow up question on I134:

1. Do we have to have it notarized?

2. # 7 - do we have to put groos or net on the annual income?

3. #7 - do we have to answer or disclose other details on savings in the bank, stocks or bonds, real state if we meet the required 125% guideline?

4. #11- checking "intend" but how to state the nature of support or contribution

5. At the affirmation of sponsor, what is the blank for beside the food stamp act thing?

Thanks!

1) No

2) GROSS INCOME

3) No. Embassy is only interested in the most recent tax return and W-2 (follow the embassy instructions letter for what is required, not this form). Bank statements are option, not required. stocks, bonds, real estate are NOT asked for. Income needs to, at least, meet the 125% poverty guidelines for the number of people.

4) You can leave both blank or check INTEND... really doesn't matter. In the space below simply write "K-1- VISA"

5) You can leave that space blank.
