Hi,

So my situation is currently that I need to submit evidence for my joint sponsor (husband), because he doesn't not meet the required poverty guideline. Well, I just found out that my husband put himself as a joint sponsor and not the petitioner... he put himself as the first joint sponsor and his dad as the second one because he didn't make enough. What should i do? I'm freaking out as I've tried to call the immigration office and they won't give me any information of what I should do.

Has anyone been in the same situation and have any idea of what i should do?

are you referring to a student visa application or an I-130? If your husband is sponsoring your student visa, what reasons can you give (that are believable) as to why you return home after completion of studies?

I'm referring to an I-130.

And, to be honest, I don't really understand your last sentence. :P
