No not yet whats going on with urs

I yet to get NOA2 and my husband s gng for N400 interview next week. So still on waiting side.

Hv u tried to generate AOS bill or IV bill? Got any email? Chk out NVC wiki in VJ. They may not send any official email but there ll be some progress. Thats wat I got from others in this forum.

It wont allow me to do any steps forward at this time coz the first step is choice of agent i cant do that before i get upgraded

Hv u confirmed that they got ur upgrade request? Keep on calling them every week. How long its been from the day u sent the request? As far as I read from these forum u won't get official upgrade mail from NVC but u ll be able to progress.. so call them

Just got cc yesterday. December 9, 2014. Scanned date oct 14 no checklist. I wish i will get my IL at the soonest. good luck to everyone and thank to God :)

So frustrating,,,,,, i called today about my case to upgrade to ir1 coz it has been like 35 days i send request to upgrade and before they used to say wait 60 days but today the lady said they dont have timeframe to update im so crying uuuufffff nvc sucks

Hey Dont worry...

With USCIS process you always have to be ready to wait... But keep on calling them weekly once till you get any response from them. That's what I got to know from NVC wiki in VJ

Yes I do got updated to ir1. It might be the coincidence or may not be but after a week I contacted my congressman I got upgraded to ir1.
