Are co-sponsors accepted in Manila embassy?

Hi guys! Question is this:

I am a 24 year old US Citizen with 2 kids who would like to file a petition for my kids and fiance.

A. What would be the best thing to file?

B. I just gave birth in the Philippines and I'm not working since it's my fiance who is. Can I ask for a co-sponsor in the US? Will the embassy accept that?

C. What are our chances of getting approved if my fiance is earning well but I(the petitioner) am unemployed? Would our bank statements be enough to prove that we wont be of public charge?

will your Fiancée be carrying on with the same job in the US?

Manila as a general rule do not accept K1 co sponsors.

You are a USC, you gave birth to two children in the Philippines? If this is fact then... they are U.S. citizens, you need to complete CRBA at the embassy for them. Not petition them.

As for your fiance, his income doesn't qualify, YOU the petitioner needs to have the income. Being you have none and need a U.S. sponsor best suggestion I have is for you to get married there in the Phils, the once the marriage is recorded pursue a DCF (Direct Consulate Filing) for a CR-1 spousal visa, with this visa the embassy has to accept a qualified co-sponsor.

I am a little curious about your fiance working, is he working there in the Phils, not the USA?

Yes, most likely. But since I am the petitioner is there no chance for us to get approved even if we can provide financial capability? I haven't been working since last year since I was pregnant so it was my fiancé who has been providing for us..

Thank you very much for your reply! We are considering getting married here in hopes that it would make things easier. We are both currently in the Phils. He is working here and has some business in the area too. Would my income in the Phils be useless to bring? Will they only consider the income from the US?:)

You will need income that exists once you are in the USA. Getting married is for sure the best direction as it opens up options for a co-sponsor that is currently living in the USA.

Don't delay starting the CRBA process, it can take some time, even though in your case it may not.

Not every USC can pass on Citizenship.
