Beneficiary as Choice of agent after I130 has been approved

Hello,

My USC husband filed for I130 petition and provided his adress to USCIS. Now he is planning to visit me in India. Our I130 has not been approved yet. He plans to visit me after we get the NOA2. Is that possible to continue the rest of the immigration procedure (paying fees, sending packages, filling up the forms) from place outside USA? Can my husband visit me after our petition is approved or he has to wait till the nvc process is complete? Appreciate your help. Thank you.

Long as you have access to the internet you can be any where on earth. he isn't locked to the US.

Yes off course he is not locked there. I just wanted to know after the petition is approved, how the subsequent paper work will happen? Will the nvc send them to us via regular mail or email only? If the correspondence from nvc is by email only then there's no problem. But if they send anything via regular mail to my husband's address then he will not be there to recieve that. That is the reason I am worried about. Thank you.
