Got checklist!! please help i don't know what they mean

Hi guys, first in reply to NLR i'm writing in this IR1/CR1 forum to help my sister's visa processing, shes married to a us citizen (me i'm a DV winner).

Ok in her case her petitioner has submit the AOS package and then we received this e-mail with a checklist notice! but i don't understand what they're asking, it seems they're asking for the beneficiary docs! but theses docs should be sent in another package IV package (which we haven't submit it yet)

Please read the pdf attached file that they send me and help us! i don't know if there is a problem in the AOS pack or they'r just asking for the IV docs??!!!

It's asking for the IV package.

Just call them and ask what they have and is missing because it also says the AOS at the bottom...

Yes it looks like the didn't receive your AOS form in your packet We received your Immigrant Visa Application; however, we have not received an Affidavit of Support

form. You must submit an Affidavit of Support form before we can complete your case.

The rest of the items are telling you what civil documents they need for the IV packet that hasn't been sent in yet.

I got a similar one yesterday, saying to send a newly filled out I-864EZ for failure to follow proper instructions, for not putting N/A in a space that said Place of Residence (if different then mailing address) They should try putting, please enter N/A in block 3 if mailing address is the same as your place of resedence in the I-864EZ instructions. It would have saved me a $20.00 express fee and another 60 days of waiting :-) Goodluck

I would call NVC. This to me looks like it could be what they call a "false checklist". My reasoning is that they do not ask you for specific information about any one specific question. Since you haven't sent in IV package but have sent in AOS package they are just confirming that the other documents have not been received. This is only how I perceive this and I could be completely wrong. Again, I would call NVC to get the story straight from the horses mouth.
