I just mail my packet on 26th August 2014 which include my 130,485 etc....How long will i have to wait for an acknowledgement receipt by email and mail?

Hi All,

New to the site, and new to the whole process....

My question and background is

Once my K1 visa is approved and I move to the US and get married, I know I need to file for a I-765 to allow me to work, which can be done when I do my AOS I believe.

The company that I currently work for, has offices in both the US and the EU. Currently I get paid out of the EU side of the business and work in the UK. The company has said they will allow me to move my job over to the US and allow me to get paid through the US (unfortunately, going the work VISA route is not an option)

What options do I have to allow me to continue earning between filing the I-765 and it getting approved? (as it can take up to 3 months)

Would I be allowed to work remotely in the US, if I am still getting paid in the UK?

Also, I've seen conflicting information about traveling whilst waiting for my AOS, are there any restrictions that would/could cause problems?

it seems to me you would need either a L-1 or a H1-B; it depends of which is the parent company and where it is located.

Given th eother petition, that complicates things
