Feel there is something to worry about if you want to stay here. Would get my hands on a 2015 calendar and count back 88 days from the expiration date of your two year card, this is the day you want to sign, date, and send in your I-751. I say 88 days, because if you send it in one day to soon, will be rejected and returned.

This is the time to meet all the evidence requirements and learn the law. Like if a male between 18 and 26, have to register for selective service. While this is a big political joke, USCIS takes this very seriously and will affect getting US citizeship.

Key word is joint with any legal document, sure ca't show joint ownership of a toaster. Includes filing joint income taxes, home ownership or a joint lease, all banking, insurance, wills, vehicle ownership, etc. If you wait to the last minute, wll be screwed.
