Based on your receive date you provided, I don't see how your case could be more than 60 Days outside processing time. What was your basis for filing the inquiries? Assuming they didn't give you a shorter time in your previous inquiries, I am confused how you have submitted 3 inquiries unless you are ignoring their acknowledgements and their time frame for you to wait. If you are filing repeated inquiries prior to waiting the time frame they have told you, I am not sure that is a good idea.

Yes I did an inquiry on the Dec12 and another one after 30 daysthe seventh one ib January 19th and they asked me to wait another 30 days and the last one was in the 26of February than they told me that they still need some more time to process my case and to give theme another 90 days

The other think is you can not do an inquiry withing the time that they told you to wait.

When I contact my senator he told me that I have to wait 90 days to get response same as what they told me in the inquiry

What has been the status they have given? This is what they sent me ...

The status of this service request is:

Your case is currently under review by an officer.

You should receive a decision, correspondence or notice of other action within 60 days of the date of this letter.

John, July 29 received date is mine too,my number end with 37 and every other number around it was approved long time ago,so i think CIMT take longer. But Souad it could not be so hard to fined out if your husband was ever married, they just need to ask you for a certificate from your registry to state how many times he,ve been married.

Did you see my post ... http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/511931-i-601-waiver-updates/page-86#entry8053087

I was shocked to see how many they received on the 28th and 29th and many were still outstanding at the time of my post.

I will try to update in the next day or two to see how many have been adjusted since that post.
