There is no site or app that creates this list. We made it by repeatedly checking each individual account on the USCIS case status website. There are some groups that have tried to create a list, but it seems like no-one ever really keeps them up to date. We then created our own by looking up each consecutive case number both in front of and behind our case number, and then taking note of each i-601 that we found and adding it to our list. This was obviously time consuming and involved looking up thousands of case numbers in order create the list below.

When trying to work with USCIS re our case status, we were constantly told that they were "Not behind" with case processing and that all cases were being processed in order. We used this list as part of our argument that they were in fact behind and that multiple cases after ours had been approved. We are sure that all of you are equally stressed as we are and are searching for answers on this site, the only advice can give is to keep searching and gather as much information as possible. While we have not completed our journey, we are nearly there after nearly 3 years of trying and 8 years out of the states. We wish you all of the best and hope to be together in the States soon.

Correct that's why I said it's very time consuming. The tracker app allows you the ability to search case numbers near your own to monitor progress. It will give you all cases so I just paid attention ruin to the I-601's. You have to do the work.

I allso check all cases received on the 7/29 and saw action on all those cases except two, mine and another ,all of 24 had action but so many of 20th no action.I dont even like to call USCIS,but sometime when i see the flip flap, you cant help but thinking your case must have been cast aside, ppl from June still waiting.

Unknown really right now waiting for the waiver to hopefully be approved then back to Juarez for another appointment

We are in the same position...this will be our second time for an appointment in Juarez also. My husband has been in Mexico for about 5 months, and we have to wait for approval of our 601...then the medical...then the interview...you know the routine.

God bless and many prayers!
