That should not be a problem. As long as I have your filings that shows what u earned and prove u filed.

Ok don't think u even need the actual w2. I had my husbands but I don't even think they took it. Just the 864 affidavit form and the tax return papers. Good luck. You'll do just fine. The second interview is actually very simple all they want is all ur updated info. Thing is if our spouses are going thru all this waiver stuff the money and stress they know these relationships are genuine. Who would go thru this if they don't have to hahaha. I wasn't asked one question they took all my papers and said you're all done.

Don't forget a new photo for your visa also.

If u have the online page for ur payments that they were paid walk with it too. Wen I went the officer actually told me I had to repay my visa application fee after a while he said no sorry u actually don't have to even though it was more than a year. So walk with everything. I had a folder of stuff and all they wanted was my photo, medical, police report and affidavit and tax returns. Then said ur all done. Hope ur is just as smooth

Passport and package arrived today. Visa in hand finally! Long battle just glad that's over with. Best wishes to all. May seem like it would never end but there is a end to all the madness. Be your own advocate. I can't stress that more. No one wants this more than you and no one would fight more than you. With family friends and lawyers being there and helping you in the journey. Dig, ask, research, act on behave of yourself also.
