Lioness,i know what you mean about customer care in JA. They will not lift a finger to help. After a year of waiting you might be surprise at how long this end part is going to take you.I went on ceac and saw where it said reopen and we were to update the changes, like my new address on the 260 form. What you think that mean.

At this point, Andrews refuses to schedule his medical without a letter from the embassy. They will not take the USCIS RFE letter. I'm having difficulty comprehending why they need any letter at all. If we are paying for a medical exam why do they care who it's for or why we need it?? The embassy won't set up another interview without approval from USCIS on our waiver. USCIS won't approve our waiver until we send another medical. Hopefully our lawyer can get someone to compromise.

Wow. Maybe it's a medical from a private doctor stating he had not used or been using. Marijuana. Try that. Then they will approve the waiver. Then I'll have that for a new visa medical then an appoint and ur hell will be over. Maybe it's that. I knew someone who had a dui so he was stuck at the embassy told him he needed a medical Just did some urine test and a psyc test stating he doesn't have a drinking issue and it was resolved. So maybe just maybe they want a test frm a private doctor showing

No drug use. Then send that back to nsc. To get ur approval.

May 26, 2016. Our lawyer is emailing the embassy today with a copy of the RFE letter to try to get them to issue my fiance a letter to have his medical re done.

Still doesn't address the charge, which she stated could cause us problems withh AOS if not resolved. So again mass confusion. Story of my life.

Thanks Hun. Praying your case is completed soon. Best wishes. Dnt rely on the embassy or soley the lawyer. Many things I pushed for and inquired and researched myself because this was my benefit. Be your own advocate!!! Fight for your case.

Thank you. Contemplating emailing the embassy now myself. I don't think she's done anything since we talked on Monday. We've been apart a very long time. Very anxious to get this taken care of.

Did you get to read the rfe yourself? I would try to have him take a drug test and send that to them. Maybe signed letters stating he no longer smokes. Only reason I can think of nsc askin for a medical. Dnt think this is the visa medical they are referring to. As they do not deal with that. The rfe letters are usually 6 or so pages of basical nothing being said. Ull find maybe a paragraph actually staying what they are seeking. Have to find that. And what's stated before and after that paragraph.

Yes I did the lawyer scanned me a copy of it and my fiancé also sent me a copy of his. You're right the first page is nothing and there's simply one paragraph on the second page that sites the reason he was denied which is now waiver available. But that's where they're wrong that's not why he was denied the reason they cited is why he was given the one your ban and we know there's no waiver eligible you just have to wait out the one your ban. He was denied for a completely different reason and they didn't say one word about that.

Yes he's had his own private doctor drug test so we will send that in with the RFE and whatever else it is the lawyer determines to send in. The only thing they said is "please advise if a new medical has been done". Well of course a new medical has not been done were waiting for the waiver approval and then that was the next step. So none of this makes any sense.
