That is great news!! I'm hoping its a very simple and straight forward RFE for you. Have you gotten the letter yet? So glad you finally are seeing some movement!

Congratulations!!!

Thank you. No. My lawyer said I won't get the letter only her and my fiance. Still awaiting her call. I hope it's today.

LionessD.I would like to know how did you check to know the amount of cases received on the same date as yours. I would love to see how many received on the 7-29. I was coping like 40% until i saw the last update,i went down to 5%.I try to be strong, but from 2013 until now is like i used up all my energy. With this 5% coping only a good news

I use the Case Tracker app on my phone. You can put in a case number and then search case numbers around it. It tells you what type of case they have and the status. It does not give you any personal information. I can see that there are at least 12 I601 waiver cases that were received on the same date as mine. 3 got RFEs, 3 were approved, 6 are still waiting. I have also noticed that they seem to process cases in batches. Notices seem to always be received at the end of the day near the end of the work week.

Don't despair Username. Your time will come. Hold the faith.

Update on the our port of entry process--- our lawyer advised us that we would b able to cross thru any port of entry or by plane which was not the case. We attempted Paso del Norte Bridge in El Paso and were advised they do not stamp (is what I'm Gna call it) those types of visas there so we went to the Ysleta bridge and got it stamped there. Be sure you do some research b4 you actually cross so you are not lost like we were. After it was stamped everything else was easy. I am so happy to see so much good news on this site. For the ones still waiting b strong, patient and have faith your time will come. Xoxo

Are all these cases filed at the Nebraska Service Center? I know California is showing a 4 months process and Nebraska well it seems we just have to wait... Which makes me think there is no "order" process.
