Congratulations! It looks like 5 month is a realistic date to wait for right now, even though they say 4 month. Unless they finally finish all March backlogs, go through April really fast and finish May before the end of October.

The Nebraska Service Center also shows that update of August 31st. The 601 shows April 21 2015. So for sure they are backed up. We are received date of May 4th. So hope it will be 6 months. Even though they told us in August it was 4 months. Congrats to those approved this week!

OMG! We have just got an approval! Received date 06/29/2015, approved 10/16/2015. Filed both waivers 601/212, no expedite, no congressmen help. It's 3.5 month processing guys! God is Great!

Now back to the business, what happens next? I know that USCIS should send approval to our Embassy (in Ukraine), how would I know they've got it? Is there going to be a status change on CEAC? How Embassy will contact me about further actions (interview, extra documents...) - is it by email or regular mail? How soon are they going to contact me (don't answer this one, I know it depends on consulate and my luck smile emoticon. Good luck to you all, keep praying!

Hola everybody! Im new here! I have been reading comments finding info, i need your help and orientation about waiver 601- this is my situation! My husband aplied for a cr1, for me we ginally went to consulate interview at april 27,2015. They refused me the visa cuz i need a waiver and do our son naturalization to get his american passport! We got our baby boy passport already! After struggling too much to can get the waiver ready cuz of the money! Finally we sent today! I am in dominican republic and lawyer here charge too much usd. So that made hardest cuz more money to spend! I am worried abput the consulate deadline! At the later say they gave us a year to do any process if not they case will fail and we will have start over again! It have been so frustrating for me cuz it me who is figuring out everything cuz my husband doesnt know nothing about immigrations stuff! So i want to send an expedites to ask them to hurry up with my respond before the time is over! I am scared my waiver take several months! Even is something simple cuz it was because they dinied me a fiance visa k1 in 2006 with my ex fiance! Which it was a real relationship and for mybad luck my exfiance owns childsupport and he passport got revocate few months after we had the fiance interview! I feel overwarmed for this situations cuz i am scared of my family stay separated and also to lose my husband for the long distance same as i lost my exfiance! please help me how can i do a expedites to send to the uscis. Or what should i do! Thank you
