Does anybody know how long does it take to receive instruction letter after it has been mailed. They said they mailed it on 09/29/15. My husbands waiver was approved 9/4/15 they are only asking him for new medical exam and passport andd to turn all this in at DHL. Will we need actual letter to do medical exam. Any answers will be greatly appreciated.

@Mrs.Barajas, my Waiver was approved on September 3, 2015. The letter is dated September 9, but I did not Receive it in the mail until September 21. I just did my medical, they also wouldn't let me make the appointment without the letter. You're super close!

I´m having such a problem with my lone I-212...

My POE is JFK and they are sending it back all the time... It seems that they really want to #### me up... By the rules, as I´m applying for a permanent resident, I´m supposed to fill it by the POE and they are sending it back saying that I have to fill it at the embassy... Than, already 2 calls to the customer service and even the supervisor saw the mistake and he asked to send it back, and it still comes back... Last time, they sent back to my husbands work!!! (they saw his informations at his check and sent there!!! This is insane!!!) Now, I´m waiting the Senator liaison work on it... And with this... 3 weeks lost...

Awesome...

Is there someone at the same situation there?

I´LL START TO LIVE BACK AGAIN WHEN I´LL BE ON MY HUBBY´S ARMS, FOREVER AND EVER. UNTIL THERE, I DON´T LIVE. I SURVIVE. (L)

Hello everyone, I finally received my new medical results and submitted all of the requested documents to the Embassy in Montreal, I got an email this morning from the courier saying that they had been delivered. How long in your experience has it taken for the CEAC status to be updated and to receive the passport back?
