Hi they receive my application on May 4th anyone with the same date my is in Vermont Service Center almost 5 months.....

Redpeony we are also May 4th but in Nebraska service center. It's almost 5 months I know but no word. Hopefully any day now!

I have no approval date for uscis since I requested an expedite. My case was received August 20 and 3 weeks later passport was requested.

Hey Jazzy. Probably nothing big. Did you get a letter in the mail or just the update on the website? I see the receipt number before us has the RFE but the two after us are approved and the third after us is received like us. I'm so nervous cause we are may 4th as well. Hope to hear something soon. We used an attorney so I hope we don't get an RFE because I wouldn't know what else would they need.

We used a lawyer as well. And it was a simple overstay when I arrived as a child and no record. So I to am wondering what they want and hope it's nothing major. I see another may4 had a RFE today as well. Hope it wasn't just a mean case reviewer!
