OK, they just updated the USCIS website and when I sign in, my receipt date changed from AUGUST 22nd to OCTOBER 19th. AUGUST 22nd is correct... OCT 19th is the first day we were able to view our case on the website. Senator's email says our expedite request was approved on October 15th and there have been 2 CEAC updates this past week. Nov 3rd and 6th.

Please let me know if anyone else experiences date changes when you sign in to the case status page. I have been checking obsessively, so I know for sure it was August 22nd late last night and then early this morning it said OCT 19th... If nothing else, maybe they are working on our case.....

Of course I called the automated line and it still says AUGUST 22nd

Just a heads up that might be useful to some of you. My I-601 was approved on September 8. I'm outside of the US but my son in Florida got the approval by mail yesterday, a few days behind because of

There was an approval yesterday, receipt date is August 1st.

My receipt date is back to the original AUGUST 22nd. Hubby and I called USCIS today but the tier 1 operator only knew what I could see online. I asked to be transferred to tier 2 ... The wait time was 140 minutes... I can't use the call back feature when I am using the 3 way feature on my cell .... So we hung up. We just wanted to see if we could find out what the two CEAC updates were and since we got our expedite approved... its been a month since they approved it... Aren't expedites supposed to be "expedited"? Goodness....

I don't know. I just checked the case numbers around mine. One approval on Nov 10, one approval on Sep 2. Their receipt date both were August 1st.

Your expedited was approved, I think you will get your approval very soon:)

There aren't any approvals around my receipt number ( YET) I hope this week is our week. We have today and tomorrow :clock:

I checked today and status is still the same

How about CEAC website? Did the update date change?

Now, I really don't like weekends. I do understand they need time off, but the waiting is killing me..

Hope hear some good news all of us next week.

No recent updates but I hope today is the day. I asked the senator's office to follow up in Friday, so hopefully we hear something from them too. I do hate weekends and holidays.

ON CEAC website with the old case number it says refused so my case is denied
