Interesting. Well, I certainly hope that there's motion on your case (and that it's positive, of course!)

Gives me something else to obsess over with ours. Lol. Sure wish ours would move. :(

I just checked mine. It did update as well. For the USCIS site it is still showing that "My case was received" , but the "Status Updated Date" has changed in the CEAC site from April 1 2015 to August 11 2015 - still showing "Refused".

Our receipt dates are March 26th and April 3rd

I check our ceac tracker it still shows it hasnt been updated since our lawyer last contacted them in June. It still shows refused. Our receipt date is August 4. I would think if you have a recent update that's good news. Right?

Do these movements mean that NSC is doing something with our cases and we will have results soon?

How USCIS is good on updating case's status info on website? Do they do it right the way or it also can take some time?
