Hi, im getting ready to send my waiver this week, did you include any pictures or affidavits from people?

Yes. We have a lawyer, but she asked for 3-5 pictures. Some of my family and some of me and my fiance. We also sent in 12 letters from family, friends, and coworkers.

Thanks, I'm getting advised by a lawyer as well (can't afford the complete service), he said it would be good to have the affidavits but they are not mandatory. Since we are filing under misrepresentation I don't see many including them.

Hoping for the best.

With the i130 is the date they received, so my guess is that it would be the same.

I just spoke to uscis and the rep said they are working on Jan 2014 but it could be a typo since almost all forms with dates have 2014.
