Still patiently waiting on a decision for our 601/212 waivers. Receipt date is January 26, 2015. Overstay, deportation, and three misdemeanor charges to overcome. The CEAC site has had date changes, but no updates posted on USCIS website.

8/14/2013 - Fiancé was asked to report to ICE Indianapolis, paperwork was found to be out of date, held for deportation

10/8/2013 - Fiancé was deported back to Germany

1/2014 - I-129F filed for K-1 Visa

3/19/14 - I-129F approved for K-1 Visa

6/2014 - K-1 Visa denied at Frankfurt Embassy (advised to file I-601/I-212 waivers)

1/26/15 - Receipt date for I-601/I-212 Waivers, still waiting...

I've been reading these posts and first I want to say congratulations to all those who are FINALLY reunited with their loved ones. Hopefully, everyone else (my husband and I included) will be at the stage soon.

We sent our 601 & 212 waivers to the Nebraska center and received the receipt letter on 2/6/2015; however, this past Monday 06/15/2015 I got an email from the US Embassy in Honduras stating that he has to create a profile on Cargo Express and turn in new medical records, tax documents, police certificates and a new DS-260 form. Towards the bottom it states that the embassy received an approval of his pardon waiver. I am happy but nervous at the same time because my attorney and I have not received anything from USCIS and the website says the same thing (we received your waiver ...). He has his oath appointment on 6/26/2015- giving us 2 weeks to gather all documents PLUS I am unable to file a new DS-260 because of technical errors on the system. No one in the embassy picks up/ can't leave a voicemail. Sent an email three days ago- no response...

Has this happened to anyone?????

I do not know how this process all works, anyone else had a second interview for a follow up? My husband is going for the 601 waiver.
