Look through the history- they asked in October 2014 and got it in December 2014, or something like that.

Heels I have a question

I was applied for I 601 in January. In case I got the approval how I will make a new appointment at the embassy ? Via NVC again or just from the embassy ???

In case I got denied the 10 years ban will end in March 2019 

In that case how I will make a new appointment???

Hello everyone a quick question!! 

Did anyone have i-601A approved but visa refused at the time of interview and was ask to file a new waiver for another inadmissiblty?

if yes, did you have to file over stay again in your new waiver since your I-601A was approved?

or did you just apply for what ever counselor office found you inadmissible for?

Hi yes I had a I601A approved but was denied at interview I only filed the I601 waiver for my inadmisability but double check the paper you got at the embassy

It just say misrepresentation on there. It does not say anything about having to file for overstay again!

did you file for overstay again since your 601a was approved or?

what Does it say on your letter and are you using a attorney?

When you file a I 601 you address all inadmissibilities.

Mine is too for misrepresentation and my paper says I only need to file I601 waiver that covers inadmissibilities

And I’m using a Paralegal a lawyer is too expensive right now for our expenses you know it’s very hard to support 2 families right now
