I have not seen that many and none I recollect recently.

There was a web site called I2US that closed but remember reading there that the usual sign an expedite had been granted was something happened, seemed common not to tell the person who had applied what the call was..

Do you have any idea about the expedite ??? Why they wouldn't get back to us with letter or something ???  Any info would be great and lawyers always ask for money even for a question

Thanks

Out of the 2 times I tried to expedite our case they only responded once saying they have received the request and if I hear from them in 5-7 business days then it will likely be expedited but if nothing in the mail or no other response then it was not approved. So I am thinking since you did not get any response it may be they did not approve the request.

Nope I waited the whole length ……….. from Dec 2016 until waiver got approved in March 2018!!!

You just have to be patient and I know it is not easy been patient, talking from my experience. Myself and spouse occupied ourselves with going back to school full time and getting new degrees while we went through the whole process from filing I-130 until time for waiver, so we don't stress our lives out lol...….

I am happy to say it all worked out fine because my spouse got to add another profession to her belt and I n the other hand added a Fed. profession too.

So sometimes it works out for the best when you just seat back and let it ride as you do other things to better your lives.

Hi! we sent the I-601 form and now I have some questions. Will we be notified about them getting the documents? Will we get a case number? How will I know did they review our case or not?

Yes, you'll get a receipt letter for your i601 and i212 since they are processed together. In that letter you will a case number per say and you are able to track the process which is currently lengthy.
