I saw on fb i601 group late January and February approval so I’m sure March is soon

What is your receipt date ... March ?? 2017

You said the USCIS is looking at applications from late January and early February of 2017 but my application was received on January 10, 2017 and I still have not gotten a decision.  Does anyone know why cases that were submitted after mine got a decision while mine hasn’t?  I thought cases were looked at in the order in which they received.  Thanks.

This same discussion is happening in the Nebraska Service Center thread. You can find some numbers/info there too.  Several people are asking the same thing - why are approvals coming in for cases submitted after theirs...it certainly doesn't seem like they are being processed in order, but other posters are certain that they are it's just the nature of how things are processed.  I think anyone who is in Dec 16 should try reaching out to the center or the Obudsman and inquire about the discrepancy.  But idk for sure - they may not answer since things are "still within the normal (haha) processing times".  Can't hurt to ask. Or get a Congressman involved.  It may not help, but it might be worth it.

May have changed but there never used to be a published processing time for Waivers.

My husband received instructions in the mail today...601 approved February 28, 2017 (received date December 21, 2016).  We need to complete the online DS260 again, he needs a new police clearance, and a new medical exam.

does he need new biometrics?

You have a few more months to go as the current process is taking about 13.5 -18months

Date has changed from November 15, 2016 to November 28, 2016 for those who can inquire about their case.
